Given the Pandemic situation in China, many international brands like Apple, Amazon have started looking at other countries to set up their manufacturing and operations base.
With Evergrande crisis the whole world feels that China’s economy is not as stable as it is shown to be so there is an expectation that these companies will consider moving to India seriously given our Man power, Infrastructure and Technology
Cons:
1. Cheaper Exports dumped in India due to Yuan (china currency) depreciation
2. BSE fell 525 points on monday and 215 points on tuesday
3. Stocks of Commodity exporting companies like Tata Steel, JSW, Jindal Steel, SAIL, Tata Chemicals have taken a 10 -15% hit in the last 5 trading sessions
